The location was great, within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit, and the room was stunning and elegant, with a spacious bathroom.

One downside of the hotel was the inconvenience of the spa facilities. The prices for the spa were quite high, especially considering the limited amenities it offered.

Worst part was the noise from the main road during the night, especially the loud trucks passing by. It would have been better if there were chairs and a table on the balcony, even though they claimed it was because of the weather.

We had a great stay at Hotel Helen. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature. The girls at reception were friendly and professional. The room was clean and inviting, with an excellent bed. The breakfast was also great. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna, although the swimming pool was unavailable during our stay. Despite a noisy room by the road, we still had a pleasant experience. I would recommend this hotel.
